Hi Friends!!!

I am coming at you today with possibly the longest post to date on Kingdom of Sequins! And I am SO excited for this one! I receive tons of questions and requests regarding something we as women deal with on the daily…. BRAS!

Being a busty gal, sometimes it’s hard to find a good fitting bra that is comfortable. I have tried so many different bras through the years that ranged in prices, fits, colors… you name it, I have tried it. I personally prefer either a seamless sports bra or no bra over anything else. If I am going to wear anything else, I look for three things: 

– COMFORT

– SUPPORT

– AFFORDABLE

I ordered several different types of bras over the last couple of months and tested them out. Overall, I found some really great one’s that I am super pumped to wear all year. I am sharing the tops five bras for each category that I reviewed or were either suggested from followers. I am also giving my feedback and what I would rate them. I really hope this is super helpful and would love any feedback below on your favorite bras! 🙂

This is hands down, the most requested bra from everyone. I ordered this version from Nordstrom Rack and I am hoping it is just as good as the reviews say. The fact that it is made by Spanx, my expectations are super high!

Another great brand that was HIGHLY recommended from y’all! I also have heard nothing but positive feedback from the brand alone so I definitly had to give this on a try. Luckily, I found this one majorly discounted and my size was available so I totally scored again! Again, I will share my honest opinion of this one once I have received it but sharing these with you now so you can snag them while their on sale 🙂

This was one bra I honestly wanted to try just from the coverage alone. Also the 18-hour coverage totally sold me. I am all about some high lift and support when it comes to having to wear a regular bra. And I am telling you now, this bra is absolutely what it claims to be… AMAZING!!! I want my stuff to be put in place and stay and this bra definitely does that. I highly recommend it!

I have had this bra for a couple years now and it still holds up pretty well. Vanity Fair is one of my favorite brands for bra’s because of the stretch and comfort level. They really do a great job for the bigger busts. The back straps are great to help hide the “love handles” and not make it look like you have the armpit boobs 🙂

My Review:

I have always heard great things about t-shirt bra’s and wanted to give this one a try. I went with a familiar brand because I love anything made by Hanes. I did like the fact this one has adjustable straps and I could tighten it for extra lift. I went with a size large on this one and probably should stick with the medium as it was a little big. I do like it comes in other color options.

Out of all the bra’s I reviewed over the last month, this is hands down my favorite! I do not wear regular bra’s on a day to day basis so I like to wear anything that is comfortable but also not bulky. This one has great coverage and can be worn with anything. The pad inserts help keep the shape nice and smooth.

This was another highly requested bra from the people… and it is really good! If you are looking for a lace bralette that has great coverage but still cute to wear with tops, this is your winner! Stick with your regular size when ordering this one, I ordered a large and it was a little too big. Once I received the medium, I felt totally secure and much better!

I personally was not expecting much out of this one. Being only $12.50 and free shipping on Amazon, I had a feeling it would be a disappointment. But I was WRONG! I love the material and the grey color is so great to go with everything! I wasn’t sure exactly on the size but I went with my normal size medium and it fits great. I will say, the support could be a little better if it has adjustable straps but overall, it gets the job done.

I am sure you have seen this bralette all over Instagram or social media and have wondered how it fits? I finally pulled the trigger a couple months ago to try it myself. Its super cute and so trendy styled with cami’s and tanks but as far as support, I do not recommend for bigger busts. The actual material and straps are not as thick as they may appear. After wearing it for a couple hours, it actually was a little uncomfortable on my shoulders. The straps are adjustable thankfully for extra lift and support. I dont recommend this one if you are seeking lots of support or sizes C cup or above.

I was so excited to get this one simply because of the how pretty it is! I ordered the teal in a large. The cutouts are super cute but unfortunately, the support of this one is very minimal. Since there are no adjustable straps, the lift of this bra is just non-existent. I think it works for smaller chests.

The most suggested strapless bra is honestly, my favorite one I purchased from the entire review. I wore it with all my tops and strapless dresses and it is so supportive. I would suggest this one to any and all sizes!

I wanted to try something that didnt have any wiring and was more of a bandeau style. I was skimming the new Auden line at Target and came across this one. The price alone sold me but also the material is super smooth. I did get a large the first time and it seemed a little big but returned it for the medium and love it. Its so comfortable for every day wear!

I personally don’t like how regular strapless bra’s fit on me. The wiring is super uncomfortable but this one really didnt bother me. I also love that you can still use the straps and wear so many ways. Super affordable and I would recommend this for any size.

This is hands down, my go-to sticky bra that actually covers everything and has the best support! It is backless but actually has the sticky straps on the side which in my opinion, helps support the girls! I get my normal cup size and it fits perfect! You can also re-use it!

Since I had a ton of requests for reviews on sticky bras and pasties, I did some research to find a variety different styles and this one caught my attention. I didnt have a lot of hope that these would work out just based on their appearance. And I was right on my end…. They do not support the bigger chest. Even though they are one size, I think these would be great for smaller chests. The size on these does not really matter as they are sticky all over the material. And let me tell you, they really are super sticky.

This was another one I didn’t have a lot of hope for. Like I previously mentioned, one of the main features for me is support. This one was pretty much just a “bra cover” , ZERO SUPPORT! One of the features on this particular one is the lace string to make it tighter or to help with cleavage. It does do that but if you are looking for support, this is not your girl.

I slightly saved the best for last but for good reason. Since I did mention I can not stand wearing regular bras, I LIVE in sports bras. I am always on the hunt for great one’s and love trying different styles and brands. Since I run a lot, I have to invest a lot in my sports bras. I want to make sure I have the best of the best because there is nothing worse than running without support!…. Have you tried it? 🙂

I am a big fan of Athleta brand products and their leggings are so good. I did my research on sports bras and this one is amazing! I love the support and the fit is so comfy. This one is designed for size B-DD cup sizes which I LOVE this idea. I ordered my normal bra size and it fits like a glove.

Another winner! The straps on this bra are super interesting but actually my favorite part. Rather than your typical adjustable strap, this bra has a loop closure that you can personalize your fit. Its super comfortable and holds the girls in during your workouts.

I was super hesitant to try this one out because I havent had previous luck with Lululemon sports bras. But the amount of positive feedback I heard on this one totally made me pull the trigger… and so glad I did! I use this one more for classes; spinning, pilates etc.  rather than running. I love that the pads are removable so I dont feel too bulky.

I ordered this for the Reward Style Conference but didn’t actually have a dress to wear with it… I did want to have it around in case I found one and I ended up wearing it with my favorite Amazon Maxi dress. I think what sold me was the easy access opening for potty breaks 🙂
